What size events do you manage?

Everything from intimate media dinners of 15 to national product launches with hundreds of guests. The size matters far less than the strategy behind it. some of our most impactful events have been deliberately small and curated, designed to put the right ten people in a room rather than fill a venue. We’ll recommend the format that serves your objectives, not the one that looks the most impressive on paper.

How do you make sure media and influencers actually show up?

This is where our relationships do the heavy lifting. We don’t send a blanket invite and hope for the best, we personally reach out to the journalists, editors, and creators we know, make the case for why this event is worth their time, and follow up properly. The quality of the guest list is something we take seriously, because an empty room or the wrong room defeats the entire purpose.

Do you handle the logistics as well as the PR strategy?

Yes, we manage the full event from concept through to post-event coverage amplification. Venue, styling brief, invitations, run of show, on-the-night management, gifting, and media follow-up are all part of what we do. You show up as the host; we take care of everything else so nothing falls through the cracks on the night.

How far in advance do we need to start planning?

For a major product launch or brand activation, we’d ideally want eight to twelve weeks to do it properly, especially if media lead times are a factor. For smaller events like influencer dinners or press previews, four to six weeks is workable. If you’re working to a tighter timeline, come and talk to us anyway, we’ve pulled things together quickly before and we’ll tell you honestly what’s achievable.
