Tutu Du Monde Shines in Leading Publications

Tutu Du Monde

We lead the international brand exposure of this Australian children’s fashion label.

Strategy

Piccolo PR were responsible for Tutu Du Monde media and events strategy, content plan, supporting photoshoots and media liaison with fashion and lifestyle media, both in Australia and worldwide!
We were tasked to increase brand exposure for each of the collections in leading publications, as well as gifting celebrities including Beyonce, PINK, Kate Waterhouse, Chrissy Teigen, Kourtney Kardashian, Nicole Richie, Terry Biviano, Sally Obermeder, Kate Ritchie, Jessica Alba and Katherine Eisman.
Piccolo PR also worked to increase the personal profile of Founder of Tutu Du Monde, Andrea Rembeck in leading business press: BRW, AFR, Forbes, SMH, VOGUE, Marie Claire, The Daily Mail and Smart Company to name a few.
After securing over 2,000 pieces of editorial in Australia alone, Piccolo  wanted to give the brand an international voice – and decided to head to the hills of Hollywood!
From concept to execution, Piccolo organised Tutu Du Monde’s Desert Daze photoshoot in the blistering heat of Palm Springs. It was pure Hollywood glamour!
Tutu Du Monde’s Desert Daze collection had an intense warmth that  celebrates a utopian summer: sunset shades, golden palms and rainbow  pines. It was inspired by the wild allure of the desert, and effortlessly  blended desert and design.

Private VIP Ballet Classes with Brooke Lockette

Tutu Du Monde & Brooke Lockette hosted a private ballet for 30 budding ballerinas with former Australian Ballet ballerina, the treasured and esteemed Brooke Lockett, who guided them through their pirouettes.
Each of their little girls sparkled in their customised Tutu Du Monde tutus, touching their toes as they twirled.
The event was a sea of luscious pink, frothy fabric as mums sipped on Moet French Champagne, delicious treats and watch their daughters move their tiny dancing feet. In true festive style, a decadent antipasto grazing table of  indulgent cheeses, olives, juicy chocolate coated strawberries and plump figs, alongside a scrumptious selection of delectable sweet petit-fours such as delicate creamy eclairs and profiteroles, pretty iced shortbread biscuits  and light-as-air meringues and macarons, brought smiles to little hungry faces.

Friends of the brand, VIP, celebrity and social  mums were invited with their daughters to join  Tutu Du Monde for the party.

Guests included: Andrea Rembeck (Owner and Creative Director of Tutu Du Monde), former Australian Ballet Dancer Brooke Lockett; Terry Biviano and her daughter Azura; Kate Waterhouse with daughters Sophia and Grace;  Katy Farage with daughters Charlotte, Sienna and Alexia; Sarah Ingham and her daughter Domino; Eva Galambos with daughters Alexa and Paloma; Kirsten King with daughters Charlie, Willow and Harper; Senior Fashion Editor at Vogue Kate Darvill with daughters Matilda, Stella and Olive; Senior Fashion  Editor at Harper’s Bazaar with daughter Eadie; and Zena K’Dor and her daughter Sienna.
